What happens during self-exclusion

• You will be unable to place bets on Betrupees during the selected period.
• You may log in to view your balance and withdraw any remaining funds.
• Your Betrupees account will be disabled for gambling for the period; re-opening the account for any reason during the period is not permitted.
• Betrupees will implement measures to detect and block any new Betrupees accounts to prevent circumvention.
• Accounts linked to the same household, shared devices, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, and environments where computers are shared may also be excluded.
• You will be excluded from all promotional offers during the period.

Activation and initiation

Self-exclusion can be enacted by selecting Self-Exclusion in the My Gambling Controls section of your Betrupees account. If you require assistance, contact Betrupees customer care for support. Upon confirmation, the exclusion becomes effective immediately for the chosen period.

Effects on marketing and communications

Betrupees will remove you from marketing databases, and you should disable notifications and uninstall Betrupees apps where appropriate. You may also consider software that blocks access to gambling sites. During the exclusion period, promotional offers are not available to you.

Exclusion with other licensed operators

To extend protection beyond Betrupees, you may submit a Self-Exclusion Notice to other licensed operators or request that Betrupees share your exclusion status with those operators where applicable.

Linked accounts and scope

Linked accounts include those held within the same household, on shared devices, using the same email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or shared environments. Betrupees will apply the exclusion to such linked accounts where appropriate to prevent circumvention.

Reactivation after expiry

At the end of the selected period, the exclusion ends and your Betrupees account will be automatically reactivated. If you wish to extend or modify the exclusion beyond the initial period, please contact Betrupees customer care before expiry.
